Return / Exchange Eligibility

  • Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect (wrong item).

  • To request a return/exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery via email / WhatsApp. Include order number, photos or video (showing damage/issue), and reason.

  • Returned item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging intact.

Non‑Eligible Cases

  • Products returned because “I don’t like it” / “change of mind” / “color not as expected” will not be eligible for refund/exchange.

  • Items damaged by customer misuse, or used items, are not eligible.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For approved returns / exchanges, customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

  • Delivery charges from the original order and return shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Refund / Exchange Processing

  • After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process refund or exchange within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or store credit, if that is your policy) — whichever was used at purchase.

Defective or Wrong Items

  • If delivered item is defective or not as per order, we will bear any shipping costs for return / replacement.

  • Please report defects / wrong items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or video proof.
