Shipping and Delivery

  • We process orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan): We ship using trusted courier services (e.g. TCS, M&P, etc.). Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • International Shipping (if applicable): We ship via international couriers (e.g. DHL/UPS). Delivery time depends on destination country, customs & duties — usually 7–21 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on weight/location. If the order qualifies for a free‑shipping promotion (e.g. orders over certain amount), that will be indicated.

  • Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed within 1–2 days, then dispatched via courier. Customers will receive tracking information (if available) once the order is shipped.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We may be unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas depending on courier limitations.

Delay, Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If items are damaged during transit, please keep the packaging and send us photos/video evidence within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and guide you with next steps.
